Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Not all products have a minimum order but some do. This is due to the process we use to print your branding onto your merchandise. Just get in touch and we’ll let you know.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Of course, this depends on the quantity. For most merchandise orders, we aim for a 10-14 working day lead time. We will advise when orders are ready or if there is a delay.

What are your shipping rates?

Our standard shipping to a single UK address with FedEx next Day is £7.50 + VAT.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Customised merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty. Please contact us if there is an issue with your items and we will do our best to find a suitable resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards, BACS payment or cash at our premises.

How can I supply my artwork?

You can email or WeTransfer you logo/artwork to us. Please supply in either .png .pdf, .eps or .ai.

What if I don’t have a logo?

We have  a Graphic Design team who can create a logo or the artwork for you. Contact us by email to discuss.

Can I visit your physical store or office location?

Yes! We keep a small selection of product samples in stock at our premises. Come and see us in Great Yarmouth.
